Anything is possible!
Make sure you have had "healing time" as 35years is a long time and you may not be ready for a relationship yet. The dating scene has changed quite a bit from 35 yrs ago.

If you remarry, leave a clear will.

If anything the fact that you had a marriage that you were able to hold together (good or bad) is a strong selling point for you. I met my husband 8 years ago, he had just gone through a divorce after having been married for 26 years. Keep your chin up, there is someone out there that will appreciate you for what you have to offer, don't let the fact that you've been out of the game for 35 years slow you down....besides they say 60 is the new 40 so technically you are only 49! Good Luck!

Sure, as long as you are willing to work for it. I had a neighbor who's wife pasted away about a year later he met his next wife got married and lived happily until he passed away. He was in his mid 70s when they got married she was about 5 or 10 yrs younger they enjoyed each other a lot. She passed away about 10 years after he did. He passed in his late 80s early 90s. But he was happy. But you have to be actively out there meeting people and be yourself.

Absolutely! Please consider joining a square dance club. There are many many active seniors who would love to meet you.

ps- Whatever you do, please be careful of any "internet personals" sites. Liars and scoundrels might possibly target you.
