If the bail bondsman decides the risk is too great, he can revoke the bond if the person is still in custody.

If you paid the bond or signed for the bond you sure can. Talk to the bondsman he will revoke the bond for you. Don't any of you watch Dog the bounty hunter? If you paid the bondsman or signed for the bond you can revoke it by saying you are not responsible for the person anymore.

The purpose of the bond is to assure his appearance - it really wouldn't have much effect if you could revoke it after you've posted it.
I think you're out of luck unless the bondsman or judge can somehow hold this person until his appearance.
