I am receiving back child support for my daughter who is now 29
I am not sure you can do anything, there is a lot of things that need to be answered like was there a court order for child support? The money would go to your mother as she is the person who supported you during those years. You may want to call the family support div. and ask they will have the correct answer for you most likely

No you can't but it may be possible for your Mom to. It probably wouldn't do much good to get another judgement against him though. After all he didn't pay on the first one, assuming there was a court ordered child support element in the final decree.

Yes, you can file a lean against his estate. Then when he dies you are intitled to the back support plus interest. Check with an estate lawyer. Don't wait until he has passed away to make a claim, because if no judgement exists prior to his death, his will or trust would be legally binding and you could be cut out.

No,you are an adult now,no need for child support. If however, there was a child support order which he didn't pay, your mother may be entitled to that. But,after all these years, what is the point?

Why would you want to do that? That is a selfish thing to do, to make this old man pay for somehting that was done in the past!

No- child support is for a parent who divorces, not for the child of a divorced parent.

Yes you can. He is legally responsible to help pay for your upbringing, so if your mom is still taking care of you, he is responsible to share the cost of your care.

No, I think you need to move on because it's not good to hold on to something that happened so long ago.
Good luck!

No. That ship has sailed. Your mom should have gone after him immediately.
