He probably just gained a splash of overconfidence, and she probably just gained some insecurity. If they are both your friends, then you better talk to them about it soon.

some people change when they first have sex. they see theirselves as adults and mature. you need to have a serious talk with your friends before they lose you. and maybe since they took it to the next level, your guy friend's girl might not like you and him hanging out. talk to them and if they dont change then they were'nt good friends to begin with!
