Tools
Internet Options
Clear Cookies
Delete Files (offline)
Clear History
set days to keep pages in history to 0
There is a downside: When you delete cookies, some programs or goodies you downloaded may or may not work, pictures may or may not become X’s the next time you open the file, etc.
It’s your choice to make.
You can also:
Click Contents tab: now click the content tab, click to clear auto complete, click to clear forms.
Where it says use autocomplete, uncheck all the things you dont want your browser to store. This way you won’t have to keep going back and clearing things out.

History on your browser?
Open up your browser (example will be Internet Explorer )
Once your browser is up follow the ff. steps
1. Click TOOLS ( at the top of your browser )
2. Go to INTERNET OPTIONS
3. On the internet options window you can click on CLEAR HISTORY then apply and then ok. =)
* since you are already in the internet options window might as well clear cache by deleting cookies and deleting files
Good Luck!

You can delete your history by going to your Internet explorer open it and go to the tools in the toolbar file, edit etc.If you have IE 7 click tools and delete browser history is right at the top and if you have IE 6 go to tools Internet options in the general tap you will find it there.Hope this works for you!

Go to Tools then options or Internet Options. Look for the Privacy or History Tab then there should be a button that you can press to clear your history.
