Why don't you propose the rules and the consequences for breaking the rules that you will have in place for the slumber party then ask your parents. It will show them that you are responsible and that you have thought it out.

You need to show more responsibilities and accountabilities to him. Assure him that you girls will not make too much noise, and let him know that all you guys will do is talk all night and eat :P. Tell him to give you a chance to prove to him that the slumber party is really no big deal. When he sees and experience their presence, let him be the judge of whether there'll be another slumber party at your house.

Try and set some ground rules with him, that way you are obeying the house rules, and then you will be happy in the process. Talk to him. Tell him that you want to have a slumber party and what would the ground rules be.. Like "no yelling" or just staying in your bedroom and watching tv or playing a game.

Tell your dad all the good things that will happen in the slumber party, tell him domething that will please him to thinking that it may be a good idea after all (thats what i would do)
And also, promise that you and your friends will keep your voices low and will be on your best behavior. Hopefully that will change his mind! ;)

Plan the party in a part of the house far from your dads room. Does he sleep with a box fan? (i do) Turn his on full blast and then put one next to his door on the out side and turn it on full blast. That should drowned out any noise you and your friends make.

Tell your dad that you and your friends wont be as noisy as he thinks and be extra nice to him.

Get awesome grades.

Do all your chores without being told to do them.

Be very thoughtful and demonstrate responsibility.

Then ask for what you want, and promise not to keep anyone awake all night.

it took time for my 'rents to let me have them to. tell him that the only way he could trust you to be quiet is if he gives you a chance to prove it. maybe you should start out having just one person over.
