ok my best friend, he is a guy,so we tell eachother EVERYTHING, and for the past month hes been seriously mean to me,and he makes me want to cry,were both 13 ,so idk wats wrong, so i really need some help on wats going on with him, or us

Classic. It sounds like he developed a crush on you.
He probably left hints but you didn't notice and he is now ticked off because he realizes that you don't feel the same way about him.
That has happened to me a few times with guy friends.
It is the ONLY thing it could be and that happens all the time. His ego is wounded and he can only respond to you now, with aggrevation, which translates into anger.
If you think you might have some of those feelings for him, let him know.
I'm 99% sure, that is what it's about.

13 is a tough age for everyone, not really a kid, but not old enough to hang with the big people either. Have you asked him what is wrong? Maybe he is getting pressure from some of his guy friends about having you (a girl) as a best friend. That happens sometimes and of course your friend wants to be accepted by the other guys too.

how is he being mean to you?
It sounds like you need to tell him to stop being mean. Let him know that it hurts your feelings and that you may start looking for a new friend if he keeps it up.
Be straight forward and honest with him.
Also ask him if he is ok and if everything is ok in his life. Maybe he is having problems with family or school work and is taking it out on you because sadly we hurt the ones we love the most.
Just talk to him in a very honest way.

you can either:
a) have a serious talk with him and try to find out
or
2) avoid and ignore him for awhile until he asks what's up, then tell him what you told us.

My guess from experience is that other boys are teasing him for having a girl for a best friend.
I suggest that you talk to him and work it out.
