Does anyone know the correct firing order for a 1970 Ford truck that has a 428 Cobra Jet engine?

1-5-4-2-6-3-7-8
(Number 1 cylinder on right bank, nearest radiator)

the firing order is stamped on the intake manifold. Fords do it a bit different though...1-4 is on the right bank and 5-8 is on the left bank. However...if you use the GM process..18436572 is the firing order and it will work on fords too. alternate from one head to the other...1 is the leading head...the one which is most forward on the engine block. then 2 would be the next one back on the opposite side and so on.
