My grandpa.
he passed away when i was 12, on my way to the hospital to say goodbye.
i never got to say goodbye.
i would spend the day fishing with him, eating sugared donuts (his favorite) and making new memories to get me thru until i see him in Heaven.
And I would ask him if he's proud of me...of my children.
That's all i would need to know...that he is proud.
