Nail help!!!!?

Question

Does anyone have any tips about the nails that make them grow stronger cuz my nails never grow and they break easily and I hate that, but I don't either wanna use fake nails cuz they don't look natural, anyone can help please!!!

write i suggest u file your nails so they r even & smooth this will help because they wont becume so brittle if they r smooth......buy a nail buffer and use some buffing paste this will stimulate your nails and help ur circulation to your nail which will make them growth plus if u buffer them regulary with the buffing paste this will even out any ridges on youe nail plate.if u do use ne strightners make sure you use cuticle cream and massage the cream in to your nails as ofter as u use the strigners this will stop your nail from drying out....hope this helps u.... it always works for me...plus i training in beauty and no everythink about nails and i just hope my advice helps u.......1 more thing calcium tables work wounders for ur hair and nails ...

drink alot of milk. this makes your nails thicker. also u can buy nail strengthener

try taking sea kelp works wonders for your hair and nails ... altho u need to take it for a few months before u see any effects, worked wonders for me !!

try Sally Hansen brand nail hardeners and growth formulas. i use it, and my nails don't break any more
