period like cramps are pretty normal for the first trimester, so is spotting. Although starting both at the same time so late in the first three months is a little strange.
I'd call yoru OB.

i went through the same thing around the same time GO TO THE HOSPITAL i ended up miscaring, though this may not be in your cas but if your bleeding this early on in your first trimester go to the haspital.... the good news is im pregnant again and i have made it to my 2nd trimester 16 weeks to morow good luck and just pray and rely on good , god always works it..... be blessed

as long as it's not ALOT of spotting and if the cramping isn't to bad it's normal. i would call the doc just to be safe but the crampings normal it means your utero is stretching.

Yes. I had this same situation with my first born. I was so scared that I was going miscarry. But they told me it was just like another period (for that month) like "trying to get in the way"....the baby should be fine. You should double check with your doctor..good luck!

GO SEE A DOCTOR!!!...if you know your pregnant you shouldnt take any signs of bleeding and cramping lightly. Go see your doctor ASAP
