To download videos from YouTube and any other site :
Get Firefox from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/
And then install the Download Helper extension from https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/3006/ or this one Video Downloader https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/2390

Simply download any video from whatever website and download the 3GP_Converter. This will convert any video into PSP format and then just simply follow the guide for any online site of how to put video on your PSP.

mp3 isn't a type of video, it's a file type for music! you can put mp3s on your psp. i think for movies, it should be mp4 format. not sure, haven't tried putting videos on my psp. there's no space left on my memory stick because of the iso game.
