The only thing that we have in life is HOPE and you can't lose it. The other is FAITH in order to survive. And the other is COURAGE to have the guts to live. Don't think about suicide because it is just a false door open, when you close that door there is no way to go back in life. Yes that life that God gave you as a gift. Don't throw in God's face His gift. Sometimes in life we see everything dark but always we can find a way to see the light at the end of the tunnel. If you want your rights back you have to fight. Life is a struggle, is a little battle everyday, maybe we lose some but that doesn't mean that we have lost the war. Help comes from you, not from doctors or counselors, an army of people will try to help you but if you don't put a little from you the rest is wasted. Will power comes from us not from the people. Sometimes we need to go deep down in order to get out of the ocean of madness and to learn a important lesson that is how to survive in life. Be with God and always think that He's there for you, the problem is that you don't see Him in your heart. God bless you and keep trying.

This is a very sad story, and my heart does go out to you. Believe me, it does.
Now, let's try to sort it out, and to make sense out of it. I see you say, "I have no life." Let's try realizing as long as you are still alive, you have a life. And where there is life, there is hope.
Now this part; "a drug addict got into my life, he was taking advantage of all I had". Can you realize the possibility that he may not have been able to do that unless you let him? Cause' taking responsibility for it, can be the beginning of a new start. O.k?
"My life has passed even before I could live it." O.k, go back to the part where you said, "I loved life, I had a special life, it was blessed even as I almost lost it."
I hope that gives you relief. Cause' from that I hope you can see you did have a life, and you still do. You only almost lost it, or you wouldn't be writing this now.
I see you have good writing and communicating ability, you are blessed for this.
I know I can write, but one way I learned is because person to person it is very hard for me to communicate, that is a little different.
Try to be thankful for each day that you are here, and possibly change what you value, what you base the value of you're life on, and you should see things begin to turn around for you.

There is always more to do or learn. Even if your not able to do what you once did there is something out there. I hope you will seek help outside of this place.
As for the question what would I do in your shoes?? I would find the time to turn inward. I would read the books that put off for yrs. I would learn to make lace. Or maybe learn to paint. I'm on my 4th life right now. Life one I was an abused child. Life two I joined the Navy, Life three I was a sexy young girl who had a rich boyfriend who taught her to fly a plane, and bought her everything. Life four I'm learning about my spiritual side.
So life changes and goes on. Good luck. If you want you can email me. I don't need the 10 points but I would like to know your OK

First, suicide is permanent. I would hate to think that you killed yourself, when an answer to all of your problems, might just be right around the corner. Look, for whatever reason, we all have tragedies in our lives. We can either overcome them, or let them overcome us, and find ourselves, wanting to end our lives. There are many people in your situation. You are not alone in that, even tho we all seem to think that our problems are much worse than every one elses. Find a priest, or preacher. Talk to them about your problems. They will help you find all the help you need, financially, and everything else. Good Luck.

i have thought of committing suicide many times. i have had to deal with coming out of the closet to many of my friends and family. i had to do this not so long ago. the friends that i had were not good for me b/c of drugs, yet i hung out with them all the time. i almost didn't graduate b/c of hanging with them and doing drugs with them. i don't blame them for my choices b/c they were my own. i have since learned that life is just a huge test for all of us. whether we pass or fail is up to us. my religious opinions are my own and i would not force them on anyone, but MOST religions agree that it is wrong to kill yourself. if you were not meant to go through this "trial" then you would already be dead. you have to take what you can from the situation and say that you have learned and are ready to move on. Be strong for you and your child, and i will pray for you.

You need to ask Jesus into your life. I don't know who you are, but God does and I will be praying for you.
