Not for me it isn't. It's the most stressful time of the year for me for a lot of reasons. This year will be the first Christmas since my brother passed away almost 6 months ago, so it will be a very sad Christmas for me since he loved Christmas and will not be here to share it with our family.

Depends on whose eyes you're viewing through. My son's eyes are full of excitement and wonder and shear joy. My eyes are filled with tears for all the people I've lost and will never see at holiday time again, all the holidays past when I was the one full of joy. For me the holidays are a time of deep depression. Don't frown at me, though, I remeber what it was like wqhen it was special and so will my son.He has no clue.

I like the whole "Christmas in July" thing. When it's warm and the flowers are in full bloom. I enjoy the holidays, but could enjoy them even more if the weather wasn't cold, dark and wet.
