I haven't been getting enough to eat lately. So, until Christmas I plan to eat more. I am on a pumpkin pie and whipped creme diet today.

The one where i run everyday for 30 minutes at least, and thn do sum weights, and play a lil sports, and top it off with some excitement at nite to lose a few calories.

4 hundred energy isn't adequate to make any substantial difference on your weight. (One pound of fat= 3500 energy) i'm particular you probably did no longer benefit 2 and a nil.5 pounds over thanksgiving- you're high quality.
