and how long would it take?????? i will be in south beach and will need to check out the shopping are in bal harbor????? how do i get there by BUS??? or how long and how much would a TAXI COST??????????

Bal Harbor is up A1A from SoBe, so the bus would probably be the most cost-effective way, unless you're renting a car. Drive time is less than 30 minutes, but it'd probably be a little longer on the bus, depending on the number of stops. A taxi would probably run you a small fortune.

Bal Harbour is a section of Miami north of South Beach. You can take a bus on Collins and ask the driver when to get off. Bal Harbour is Florida's answer to Rodeo Drive. Lots of expensive designer shops. You may want to go to Sawgrass Mills in Ft. Lauderdale for the bargains. The hotel you are staying at should be able to tell you where the bus to get there can be found.

Bal Harbour Shoppes is located at 96th St, 1 block west of Collins Ave., across from the Sheraton Bal Harbour. It's about 7 mi. north of SoBe. There's one or more bus routes that run straight up Collins.

take the bus its easy about 10 minutes or so depends on how often the bus stops ,the shopping is not great not many stores and all are very high priced like gucci and that kind its a small mall

well, here's what i could find thus far... hope this helps some... since i don't know where in bal harbor you're going (i.e., what shop), or where in miami you are...
however, what you do is type in your address, the address of the place you're going (in driving directions), & it'll give you accurate directions.
