I've been watching alot of internet porn - just quick movie clips to masturbate to you know - and i want to make sure there are no traces on my computer in case my girlfriend finds out - she's good at computers please help quick

delete from the folder you saved, also from recycle bin.
Clear out all temporary files, cookies, history etc.

Well you need to clean up your index.dat files that hold information on every site you have visited. I use a program called Ccleaner as it cleans out history and temp files from IE so I don't have to go to each file and cleanup. It is free.
As far as wiping out all info out that can only be done by writing over the hard drive about seven times and that is no guarantee as computer forensics has gotten pretty good over the last five years.

Download and purchase the program and run it. Click on tools and check the box next to "Enable secure delete". Then when you delete a file, right-click on it and chose "Secure Delete" which will double-wipe the space where the file was.
Also, empty the internet cache from your web-browser's tools menu. And also right-click and choose empty on the recycle bin.

well all you have to do is click on the thing that looks like a clock with the arrow on it. then you click on the day that you went on the websites then you click on it with the right side of the mouse on the day the it says expand and delete then you just delete it and it wont come up agaian if you still dont get what i am saying email me at (perrybettie@bellsouth.net ). oh yeah and dont forget to clear search history from the toolbar that you search on.

Simple .. go to the folder where you have stored them delete them.
please note: while hitting the delete key ensure that you press the Shift key too so that they are removed even from the recycle bin leaving no trace of the files.
