There is a lot of wisdom that I could share that you wouldn’t understand or believe. Here are three points of wisdom that I which everyone could understand.

1) Breath.
2) Relax
3) Smile
4) Hit the lottery, Marry a Model, retire to acapulco, Enjoy.
It's This Fourth Step That people often fail at, and as a result have to be happy with just the first 3.
