There's this auto dealership in a nearby town that scams customers who has little money, or no credit. I feel that people need to know about it. Any advise will be appreciated. I do plan to write to the BBB.

Put an add in the classifieds under "autos for sale" saying anyone planning on doing business with this company may want to contact you to get more details on there stand business practices. When they call state only absolutely true facts. If others who have been taken advantage contact you ask them to run the ad for a week to help you with the cost. You will eventually close them down. Also contact the attorney generals office on consumer affairs.

Send the dealership an e-mail and copy everyone you know including the BBB. Explain your bad deal with them, but be sure it's accurate.
