My birthday passed but One of my friends moved so I only have 2 pals now. we live in a 2 bedroom apt. and my dad hates it when my friends come over and were noisy.

Ask your mom maturely and hopefully she will give in. Do some chores around the house to show her that you deserve a night of fun with your friends at home. Tell dad that you and the girls wont be too noisy and plead your case! Good luck! OR what if you go to your other friends house for a sleepover?

Does your Dad go on any trips like for the weekend or something? If he does you could have your party while he's gone. Otherwise offer to do the dishes for a few days or something, and then let him know you'll only stay up till ??? o'clock and you will stay in your room the whole time.

well talk to ur dad about it and say that u guys will keep it down(not) and that u willl stay out of trouble dunk like that... and if its a no tell them that u guys will go to the mall or movies for most of the day and then chill in ur room for the night!! :) good luck
