I have come home and found my boots in his room twice. He says he wanted ot see what they looked like on him. (Way too big for him) He is always asking me to stomp on stuff with them. He asked me to stomp some of his model cars because he "didn't build them correctly" (his words) He also always asks me to compact the garbage with them. He also brings me bugs and asked me to stomp on them with my boots.. I have also found my favorite old pair of Levis in his room. (!) Is he just harmless? Should I just go along?

Ok, that is just weird. If he is steeling that stuff, imagine what else he is steeling. I would lock up all the stuff that is the most important to you in a closet or put it under your bed where he will not look. If it gets worse, get a simple lock for your door and if he asks why, just say it is because you have heard that your friend got robbed in the same neighborhood. That is creepy though, especially if it happened more than once. Good luck!

This actually happened to me but not with cowboy boots ... it was regular boots. It sure does take a lot of God's grace to keep your cool in this situation. But God is good to give in abundance when needed. Now I can laugh about it but it wasn't the least bit funny 50 years ago when it happened because I was a teenager. Need I say more ... lol

Yes he is a weirdo. Probably harmless. Make him stomp on stuff himself. Don't encourage him to be lazy.

This is normal roommates usually like to borrow things or are interested in you so just go along with it but if he takes any of your stuff tell him to ask first.

Harmless....maybe you should ask him about it though. He might be wanting/wishing to tell you something and is maybe hoping you'll ask.
