Originally, it was sung by an '80s pop group called L'Trimm, but the one you heard was probably the newer version by Le Tigre. The song is called "The Cars That Go Boom."

That is the name of the song the cars that go boom. There are two girls that sing that song I believe their names are Tigra and Well I can not remember the other girls name. I know this because once upon a time I had that record...
