You will need to convert the .mp3 songs to .wav songs so that your car's CD player can read/understand the files. You can download some free software to do this online. I've tried several, and the best one I've ever used it DBpowerAMP, available here:

http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

Just download & install that and then right-click on the song/songs you wish to convert to .wav files and then do so. It helps to place the converted songs into a separate folder, such as C:\Converted Music, so you do not get the two files confused come time to burn them. Then all you have to do is burn the .wav files onto a CD and it will play in your car.

PS - Make sure you tick the option to finalize the CD (dont allow more info to be added later), or it might not work right.

You need a software capable of burning mp3 cds. If you want the cd to be playable in an mp3 car cd player you need this software to be the full version of it. I am able to put 100+ songs in a single cd. The one that has the most songs has 127 songs and it works like a charm. If you just want to like transfer the songs from your computer into another computer, then all you need to do is create a "data" cd and this helps it so that you can put the full 700MB of songs into a cd. Have in mind that this cd will not be playable in your car cd player. However, you maybe play it on a computer. If you want the full version software that I use feel free to contact me directly through Y-email or Y!-IM

There are 2 criterias over the following. a million. what kind of songs are you going to burn (mp3 or audio cd)? 2. even if that's mp3, is your CD participant nicely matched for taking section in mp3 archives. If certain then particular you may move ahead. in case you burn mp3 archives you ought to burn it as an files cd so as that the record format will be a similar and also you'll have almost one hundred ten+ songs in a million CD depending up on the size of the the record. in case you burn MP3 archives as audio then the record format would get replaced and also you'll upload absolutely 8-10 songs depending up on the time & length.

The format you have most of your songs in, likely, is .mp3. This is a compressed, computer-readable format and is NOT readable by most CD players, including those found in vehicles. You will need to use some sort of program to convert them to raw audio and then burn them to the CD.

Note that while most mp3s are 3-6 MB in size, an uncompressed audio file is likely about 35-50 MB. This is why audio CDs can rarely fit more than 20 songs on them.

There are different types of in-car stereos that will play mp3's from a data disc, as you are suggesting but you can't do it under normal conditions.
