Yes . The new leader of the NAACP informed them at his first meeting that blacks were their own worse enemy.
All of the whinnying is falling back on them. Many o fthem are finding that the likes of Jesse Jackson is hurting them way more than he is helping and they still face very much critizism if they dare to venture outside the black role the jesse jacksons set for them.
Blacks have been given a role to follow, a culture to follow and it all brings them to no where. Just a vote for someone who does not care other than the bucks they can send.
There are as many black supremists as white, and they are much more vocal and dangerious. so can that crap.

Unfortunately stereotypes do start somewhere. When there are even just a few people in a population that seemingly adhere stringently to a known stereotype word gets out. One tiny example is the stereotype that African Americans don't tip, at restaurants, pizza boys ect... Knowing several people in these professions I've been told that most "no tips" come from African Americans or people from England. Now this is not a scientific controlled study but it happens enough that it's noticable.

Wow.....wow.....wow... That is completely retarded. It is true that many African Americans are a discredit to their race, but that is by no means an excuse to criticize them. There are plenty of Negroes who excell in the world of business, medicine, law and other areas. One should never just look at the few poor influences on a culture and sterotype the rest of that particular race after them. If you think that they bring their prejudice upon themselves then you need a doctor. No matter what a few people of a race do, one can never adhere those problem people to the rest of that culture. People could say the same about Americans. About how we constantly try to corrup the rest of the world with our fast food restourants and how we are the fattest population in th World. That certainly does not mean we dont excell in numerous other things!! Think about what you are saying.

Alot of them but not all of them. and Tericka, some Iraqi's may be blowing themselves up but its not over cars, clothes, money and jewels. My brother was killed over something so senseless. Alot of consequences can be prevented. Alot of our own people berate themselves by their actions, some just dont want better for themselves, like a real job and an education. I will support my people only if they are doing something positive. I go to work everyday and provide for my daughter the best way I can, I just cant tolerate laziness and "woe is me" attitudes, regardless of the race.

And isn't it true that Iraqis are doing more harm to themselves by blowing themselves up in busy markets?

being as "blacks" outnumber "white supremists" by a factor of about a million, I would say your statement is true.

Your statement appears to me to be just a way of putting blacks down, not to seek a real answer.

We're all human...deal with it.

I feel as though Blacks are not harming themselves at all. Why would you think that?

2006-11-26 22:13:33 · answer #10 · answered by Marenight 7 · 0 2

uhm, not me. i always try to stay as positive as possible, so that others can feel the same. most people want to be sad, but hey, that isn't my problem. Some blacks do , im not saying they dont but not "blacks" in general.
