Well the good news is you've only got 13 weeks to go..bad news you have 13 weeks to go. The pain will most likely stay there. Try warm baths, walking in a pool if your dr oks it and having your man rub your back..hot pads are good too. Make sure you're not on your feet too much and take it easy. Also make sure you talk to your dr about it maybe some easy stretches will help, depends where the baby is laying. Good luck..just remember...it's all worth it!

I had it with my daughter, it lasted well even until today and she'll be 4 in Feb. Every single contraction I had was in my back not my stomach, only thing that felt good was having some rub and push on it very hard. And what I mean be even until today is sometimes if I'm bending over slightly for a short period of time it hurts, happened as I was putting up our fake christmas tree today.

What you are feeling is called braxton hicks labor pains... don't fear all women get them... sometimes so strong you feel you are in labor... (for the record labor is similar to that feeling) what i did when the pressure was too tight on my back was lay on my right side with a pillow between my legs, and one behind my lower back.... their really isn't much to do... but take a tylenol, get a bf, hubby, friend to rub your back and just relax.... you are close to having baby and baby is trying to get in the most comfortable position... which may be leaving you very uncomfy... good luck and congrats

Yep, I've been getting that too and I'm 31 weeks now. I don't remember when it started but I've had back pain/problems prior to this pregnancy. It got worse though as I got bigger. Sometimes when I just move my leg my back cracks and it hurts. It may be with you till the end now because as you get bigger and the baby gets bigger there is more pressure and weight that your back has to support.

It lasts through pregnancy. Its part of being pregnant. Theres a lot of stress and weight on your lower back. ti causes sore muscles, cramps, and spasms.
Go swimming some where, it really helps. Stretch, and walk. Icy-hot patches help alot. And so do back rubs.

I had that all the time. Get a bottle full of hot water to put on your back, avoid a heating pad its too hot! Keep an eye out for false labor but I'm sure you shouldnt worry

Your stomach is getting larger, which pulls on your back, its very normal. Try laying on your side and propping one leg up on a pillow to relieve the pressure.
