recently i read that you could take vitamin c for spermicide so i tried it and then i experienced some burning, which i didn't think was very good but right before i went to rinse it out (tmi i know) there was a "gush of fluid" of somekind that soaked through my jeans and lasted for about 5-20 minutes, what could this have been? i've read and some sites say that, that is a sign of a miscarriage.

You didn't mention if you were pregnant already. If the fluid wasn't blood, then miscarriage isn't likely.

The vit. C disolving in your cervix could have burned the skin and the fluid was released as a way of creating a salve for the burn.
Or . . . the fluid could have been the man's sperm . .. when did you have sex vs. put the pill in?
Go to a dr. if you're worried. It's the only sure way to know what happened.
