Hi, Sir J (a non-spokesperson for Colonix).
No, I haven't heard of Colonix it must be the AICP (Advanced Internal Cleansing Program). I bet it it's 100% natural and made completely vegetarian. BUT WAIT, DON"T STOP THERE, it is also part of the TBSDP (The Toxinout Broad-Spectrum Detoxification Program).
I'm sure it's works terrific!

No, I have not heard of that product, but I do know that internal cleansing is very important in one maintaining good health. Also, today very few doctors every recommend that one cleanse his/her colon, along with the liver, and the kidneys, which also need to be cleansed as well, on a regular basis. One should cleanse these very important organs of the body at least twice a year, and more when needed. I know from personal experience that internal cleansing can certainly make one feel a lot better, and help to remove Toxins and Parasites, the two causes of diseases. I have learned to do internal cleansing from Dr. Hulda R. Clark, Ph.D., N.D., the author of the book, "The Cure For All Diseases." See the link below for more information. And, Good Luck to you and yours.......

No, not heard of Colonix. I have used many colon cleansing herbs over the years, but now I just use a probiotic product called Inliven. A probiotic based on 26 certified organic wholefoods. I went on a 10 day cleansing diet, 3 teaspoons of Inliven daily, and eating organic vegetables and fruit. As well as taking twice a day, Natures's Sunshine hydrated bentonite clay and psyllium to draw away waste matter from colon wall. + Lots of clean water.

These are the things that it has in it:
Psyllium Husks - used as a fibrous bulking agent (could be soluble and insoluble)
Flax Seed - bulk fiber
Fennel Seed - bulk fiber (insoluble)
Licorice Root - helps the stomach for ulcers, etc... If you take certain heart drugs, you should not take this product, as they are contraindicated with Licorice root.
Aloe Vera - tonic type effects, but may help to "lube up" your GI tract.
Grapefruit Pectin - soluble fiber
Papaya Fruit - may help with stomach acidity... not sure about this
Slippery Elm Bark - does a variety of things, but traditionally used for lubing up GI tract
Marshmallow Root - same as above
Rhubarb Root - not sure
Alfalfa - used for its phytochemical properites. Unsure why its in this product
Guar Gum - soluble fiber, most likely
Peppermint Leaf - good for a variety of things, but in this instance, may help move the bowels a little. Unsure.
Uva Ursi Leaf - typically used for kidney health
So yeah, it looks like its a fancy fiber formula.
I dont see how it would really HURT you - unless you have a chronically low intake of fiber. You may be at rist of developing some kind of blockage or GI distress.
Follow the directions on the bottle and drink lots of water.
Regards,
Ryan

Yeah, I tried it last month. They suggest doing it for 3 months but couldn't afford the 3 month program at the time. Will do the 3 month program soon. Liked the results. Got things moving but without diahrea or anything like that.
