What do I do if I have my period but the teacher forces me to swim? I don't want to wear a tampon or anything, so does anybody have any advice?

What if I tell them I have it but they still say I have to or else my grades suffer? Can they do that?

The teacher shouldn't force you to swim when you tell her you have your period. They're not allowed to do that.
Bring a note from your mom excusing you from swimming just in case.

I used to get my period EVERY year during high school when we had our swimming trips at the Y. Back then I didn't wear tampons.

Each time I told one of the teachers (female) that I had my period and I was excused. I did not need a note.

Good luck. I know it's frustrating and embarrassing.

Have your parents write a note to the school nurse or the teacher so you can be excused. Maybe instead of swimming you can substitute that activity with a different one so your grades won't suffer if the note is a no go.

Tell your parents and have them talk to the school or learn to wear a tampon. you should either wear a tampon or not swim. People are going to tell you that you dont bleed in the water, that may or may not be true. But once you get out and are walking around the pool it will start coming out and people will notice.

If you don't want to wear a tampon of pad inside your swimsuit you should have your parent/s write a note for you or tell the teacher you have a constitutional right not to swim for health reasons.

that's what I do to stop my era...whilst it on inconvenient days for me... some say dont do this... merely permit it bypass for sure yet in specific circumstances its purely a worry... purchase some extensive-unfold v-8 tom.juice and merely start up gulping... to me its gross yet i merely carry my nostril and drink. For me, it made my sessions mild in the beginning up and then if i drank it a pair of days b4 it exchange into due, i'd drink some and it does no longer are available in any respect. whether you began your era, merely start up eating v8(could be v8, no longer conventional) This sounds loopy even though it particularly does artwork. I desire i'd have wide-unfold this whilst i exchange into at college.it would have helped me out majorly. For me, as quickly as I first began eating the v8, it made me era lighter and then after that, i purely had my era as quickly as each and every 3 months. i'd talk on your mom approximately doing this regularly occurring b/c some ppl say permit it come for sure so . . . its your decision. I wouldnt do it each and all the time.. purely whilst your era is an inconvenience yet you're able to permit your era are available in specific circumstances to do away with the old blood. i understand all this sounds loopy and a few will say this wont artwork yet try in case you dont have confidence me... it particularly does artwork.

tell them you have an ear infection. everybody knows that swimming makes them worse. if they ask for a doctors note, tell your mum the truth and ask her to forge one. i'm sure she would understand. or your dad, he would probably be so horrified at discussing your period, he would do just about anything to make you stop talking about it with him. =) good luck.
