When you dilate, the last thing you think of doing is touching your cervix. I have no clue.

yes it feels wider, you might notice it when you wipe after going to the bathroom, but I wouldn't mess around with it too much..you could induce labor.

yes that's what dilating is,it gets wider so the baby can come out

Why are there so many woman who are messing with their cervix's? Ive honestly never heard of it before, and it honestly creeps me out.

If you are dilated be careful not to strip your membranes as this can induce labor. Also be careful about this as you can cause an infection in there.

It should...although I wouldn't recommend you doing that because you can cause an infection that could harm you and the baby. Wait and have your doctor check you.
