Please help!!! How can i resize an image with image host? I want it to be 1024x768 and it`s 379x280. Thanks.?

it can be done see the other answers of free programs.
BUT, making a small image into a large image reduces the quality of the image and going from 379x280 to
1024x768 is like trying to fill a one gallon container with a quart of water.....the quart fits in the container but there is lots of space left empty.

When you make images larger they look very bad.
