p(x) = 3x^4 + 3x^3 + 7x - 10

p(-2) = 3(-2)^4 + 3(-2)^3 + 7(-2) - 10
= 48 - 24 - 14 - 10
= 0 ← option B

Replace x with -2.

3(-2)^4 + 3(-2)^3 + 7(-2) - 10
3(16)+ 3(-8) - 14 -10
48 -24 -14 -10
24 - 24 = 0 the 2nd choice

p(x)=3x^4 + 3x^3+7x-10
