edit to first answer it is in the news, it has been reported. Even the Totaly republican channels report that it is a Mahdi run Government and that the police are active death squads.

BushCo supported Saddam before, why would you expect anything better now? Bush is not there to prevent disorder, he is there to preserve it so the plunder can continue on unabated.

We are supporting a democratically elected govt. That doesn't necessarilly mean they are good, just that they were elected.
