Anywhere from about 5 months on. Remember, some babies don't ever crawl. They just go straight to walking.

The average age is 6 months; but can be anywhere from 4 to 9 months and still be normal motor skills. I've actually heard some parents say that their child never really took to crawling, pretty much went straight to walking and the child was fine. However, if it was an issue like this, I would check with the pediatrician.

I crawled at six months, that is rare. Most babies start around 9-10 months. My sis baby skipped sitting up and went to walking around before she really cared to crawl or sit up at ten months so it depends on the kid.

My son crawled at 6 month and I've seen a baby start at 9 months so It all depends! Your baby is special so dont worry if they take some time. I've seen a baby scoot on his butt to get around too.
