Ok My friend Rick kicked my friend Dustin and messed his spine up and just because Dustin told Rick "His music was angry" Dustin is into the punk stuff and Rick's into hard core metal anyways Dustin didn't want to press charges but his mom wants too and Rick has got ISS and might get sent to carver for the rest of the year. Some in my choir class *Were in Choir* Hates Dustin and are giving him the cold shoulder. Im on the other side so I didnt notice. I Mean Dustin was in pain and couldnt walk and a day or 2 later his cat died. So yeah he has bad luck. Also Rick told Dustin he hopes Dustin's 10 year old cousin dies. Timmy has got problems. So yeah that's messed up. Now everyone's taking sides. Ugh!

I, personally, would file charges against Rick. I hope his parents do. NO ONE has the right to injure someone else. No matter WHAT the reason. You need to stay out of this completely. Their anger will pull you into bad situations. And stop the we don't like this one, cold shoulder that one. Just drop it. And go on with your life. Dustin is facing a lot of physical challenges in his life. And over what? Music?
How stupid for Rick. I hope he gets the charges he needs to take responsibility for his life and the life of others.

If they are or were friends have them get together and talk if it was an accident. try not to get in the middle tho because it will end up hurting you. No matter what happens if they area both your friends then you have to be there for both of them thats what friends are for well hope it helps bye bye
