for most stores, yes. especcially around the holiday season. i love to read the newspaper! actually, only on sundays do i read the ads.

Not only do I not pay attention to them, I intentionally DON'T patronize the stores that use them as an advertising vehicle.
They're wasting precious paper (trees) for no good reason. By the way, I also DON'T patronize stores that interrupt my TV shows with their stupid commercials; I DON'T patronize stores who interrupt my music with their inane radio commercials; and I don't patronize stores that fill up my mailbox with all kinds of clutter (and, again wasted paper). Everything of this nature goes immediately into my recycling bin.
As you can imagine, I rarely shop at chain stores. I've never set foot in a WalMart in my life. I trade mostly with locally-owned and independently-operated merchants. -RKO-

Depends on the store. I pull out the ads for the stores where I shop or others I may be interested in. I skip all the others.

nope i pull them out and give them to my granddaughter who has a cockatoo and she lines the birdcage bottom all week with those things..........honestly
