Who is your favourite video game character ?

who are they and why ill accept any platform from any year even a minor character , the why is more important than the who ..:)

Sephiroth from Final Fantasy VII. He has been known as the most evil video game character in history!He even has his own evil theme!
Sora from Kingdom Hearts comes in a close second. Sora shows that kids can kick butt!!

I'm going to go with Bob from Animal Crossing (either one, Game Cube or DS). He's a cat that wears a flowered dress, loves weird food, and is lazy as all get out. He's been in my town for a full year in my AC:WW-I won't let him leave. He always has a task for me, which means he'll always be giving me some sort of prize. He also puts everything I give him in his house. It's awesome-I've pretty much decorated his entire place. He puts a lot of trust in my AC character. His "music" isn't as annoying as some of the other animals in the game either. These are a few reasons why I'm listing him as my favorite.

Mario from Mario Bros. (One of the first games i've recognized)

Link, from A Link to the past. It was a great game, good for the mind! Plus, the theme song is still stuck in my head, do do do... do do do doooooooo.......

Samus, super metroid was the bomb!!

Illidan, from Warcraft III and World of Warcraft. I've always been fond of fearless, agile characters who uses offense rather then defense. What works even better is hes a night-elf, and night-elves are elderly figures which resemble in nature, yet at the same time are able to swiftly hide in shadows and strike on those that oppose them. I also enjoy how they are very independent and are loyal amongst another, only part I disliked is that he went to the dark side =(, ironically. He is also blind, so he sees what is naked to the eye....

I'm sure many of you have no idea who Illidan is anyway; oh well.

Of course Sephroith From FinalFantasy7 Is my Favorite Character and Villian Too......He will always be in some ones memorie especially mine!!!! i have the original ff7 for PS1..advent Children and Drige of Cerberus for PS2 and hopefully can get on hands on Crisis Core for The PSP next Spring 2007.

we are all forgeting that cloud strife ff7 seven would kick every other computer game characters *** including sephiroth and no sora would not beat him it was only because the user had to be sora. proven in advent children that cloud rocks.by the way squall and sephiroth are also great characters.Link is great but he keeps changing to a different person that looks the same and has the same name which means only ever so often you are the link that you grew to enjoy playing as but nevertheless zelda games are flawless .

Bonk because he was the underdog of Sega's Sonic even. But then again there was this one game called, well it was a fighting game by snk called the art of fighting, there was one character in it who looked like that dope dude from delta force, he's number 2. And then there was Mike Haggar from Final Fight, he's number 3, cody's number Four, guy's number 5. Then there's another guy from the game, Vigalante, I forgot but he was kinda like Haggar, he's 6.
