If you are at an open house, and there are other teenagers drinking, but you are sober, and then the police bust the party- what happens to you, the sober one?

Unless you are over 21, I think you are ok. If you are over 21-you probably would get supplying to a minor.

If you are not drinking and can prove it and you are a teen than you should be free and clear.
If you are 18 or older at a party where teens are drinking than you could be arrested as contributing too the delinquency of a minor.
If you know teens are drinking than you are old enough to leave as soon as you find out or suffer the consequences. Teen drinking is serious and you and everyone should know that. If you are a teen it is your responsibility to stay away from alcohol, and jsut leave first.

In the state of indiana you would get "visiting a common nusance" which is a mistameanor.
