"Thirteen" - Big Star
It's not the traditional love-y dove-y extra romantic kind of song, but in my humble opinion, it's the best love song from that era that isn't a jazz/blues song.
Miles Davis' "My One and Only Love" is probably the most beautiful love song I've listened to.
