find each other again? Is it possible to have lived in a different era, die with your soul mate, and come back in another era just to find them again? I believe it is, what say you?

I watched a tv show the other day and they said that soulmate was something the western culture sorta twisted around. The Budist version of soulmate is more of a close friend or realative that you share many lifetimes with. I believe they said something like you are often resurected with many of the same people over and over again. But don't quote me on that or anything. I have to wonder because I met this person a few years ago and I started having dreams, very vivd dreams, and in them it was as if I had know this person forever, like we were best friends from childhood. In my dreams I also knew the family and I can't describe it. I didn't know much at first about this persons life before we met. But I KNEW that person, I still think it's really strange, but I'm convinced I've known them in another life.

Well, there's about 6.5 billion people in the world now, which is roughly double what it was even just fifty years ago. Human population growth has been exponential--in 1850, for example, there were only 1.26 billion people, and in 1750, there weren't even ONE billion people. So if you believe in reincarnation, your chances of being an "old soul" who has seen more than one lifetime is pretty slim.

Not to kill your buzz with mathematics, though. Because there is a theory that souls split after people die, and then there's TWO souls that come back (or more), and maybe THAT'S the soul-mate thing you're talking about; one soul, multiple bodies, reuniting. (Never did like that theory, though--it leads people to look for others to "complete" them, and that's just depressing.)

because of the fact human beings concern what they do no longer understand as they at the instant are not the comparable. They concern difference and alter, this is why we've lots conservatism, and why faith exists first of all: to tame the terror of no longer expertise issues with a narrative that explains all of it, no count number if its actual or no longer. Like Greek mythology, and interior the popular era, christianity. @Mary Karlin So by definition, LOVE isn't precise? the two you're disputing god by pointing out his love could, consequently, be incorrect, or you're disputing nature. regardless of your ideals, calling love incorrect is an insult in each and every course and a contradiction to ANY concept gadget, alongside with that human beings atheists.

Become one being. That is a fine idea don't you know. Maybe we could call that an Angel. So when you see an Angel at a far distance it seems to be a single being, but when you witness an Angel up close it is disticily a couple, or two individuals.
Nice picture isn't it.
This is a vision from a Western Mystic named Emanuel Swedenborg.

Often....but watch out for that Soul Mate phrase, it isn't what you think.

In fiction,
Moriarty was Sherlock Holmes' soul mate.

Furthermore, when you die with your soul mate, the two of you are reborn together in one body as one being.

possible but not probable except perhaps in the movies. just like there might be a problem with a person on this plane of existence
" falling in love " with another person from the past. one whom the person from the present knows existed but would be impossible for them to be together.
