also all my desktop icons disappear. im clueless. i could click ctrl+alt+del and get the task manager up and browse programs to open them. but it gets really annoying to do it everytime. please help me. thanks

i checked my properties, its good. im wondering if theres a program to run on task manager which could reload my taskbar.

Right click it and select properties. Make sure the auto hide taskbar is unchecked. It should work.

For the taskbar, please right click on it and select properties. Here you will be able to choose wether to auto hide it, make it always on top or select/remove any program in start menu.
As for the icons, there may be your pc's difficulties to restore it. Maybe your pc stucks a little, then you may check for any program that may run at the background, disable it, and you may also minimize the program running at the same time to avoid your system crash. This may also be caused by the complicated windows wallpaper, which takes a longer time to load it. Change it to the simpler ones. If the problems still occurs, please refresh the desktop oftenly to see any changes.
