This would allow time for the stock market to divert money back into American enterprises . On bio- fuels the USA would form corparations to compete directly with other energy suppliers , this would envolve the big three auto makers in the country who are asking for government help, that would give the government leverage with introducing more bio-fuel vehicles. Americans would buy American made products if given a choice between home based products and importSealing up the borders is something that should have been done already ! A " fair " trade treaty with modified or slightly lower tariffs with Canada and Mexico .

The one thing that I got out of that is that American would buy bio-friendly automobiles.......no we wouldn't....you can't make us....we would buy things that are quality....and the government does not form corporations that is for the private sector
