Seborrheic Dermatitis?

If you have seborrheic dermatitis, is it better to leave the skin flakes where they are or to pull them off? I only want to leave them on my face if there is a good reason to do so.

IF U PULL THEM IT MAY DAMAGE YOUR SKIN SO LEAVE AS IT IS.
