I have a newfoundland that has what looks like a soap on her coat, it takes off her fur and she looks uncomfy?

would love to know any other newfies owners, I am sure we have similar problems and loves. Beautiful beasts to love and pamper also anyone who wishes to know about them , feel free to ask
