Since I've had several broken bones, some very major, I'd have to say my toes because they've been broken many times, don't require a cast, have a lovely dark purple color when broken and hurt only for a week or so. Last one I had, I was dancing and my partner stepped on my toe....didn't feel much at the time because we were drinking vodka, but the next day, it was uncomfortable. What an interesting question! Godloveya.

I wouldnt want to break a bone, it sounds pretty painful to hear a bone snap out of place.

I've actually broken toes and fingers. They both hurt but toes cause less problems. No casts, no crutches and very little time down. I vote for the smallest toe on either foot.
