I wouldn't suggest dropping out if that is what you are considering at this point. However the above answers are very accurate.
High school can be difficult and provide challenges, but it also a very good experience that young people should have. If you are struggling, there are ways to get help and bring up your grades. If you still can't manage to bring them up enough upon graduation to be accepted to colleges, you can also take courses afterward to prepare you for college in most communities. These are also considered when you apply to schools. Dedication is important as anything else ;-)

Yes, some Colleges, Particularly JR. or Community Colleges) will accept you without a High School Diploma if you Take an ACT Test. That is How it works in my City. If you Pass the ACT, then you can get in.

you can also drop out of regular highschool and finish highschool by mail. then you will have an actual diploma and can go to school.
American School

Yes, get a GED. It is getting more and more acceptable, and colleges are beginning to look at GEDs as the same as a high school diploma.

Of course. You will have to work at showing that you were serious about finishing the GED. But, we all make mistakes or go down the wrong path. Chin up - you can do it:-)
