Of all the 80's toons I think you probably hit on the two big ones there.
I too enjoyed and watched Thundercats and Transformers religiously whenever I got the chance.

I had so many favorites. Because I'm a girl, I used to like Jem and the Rockers. I also liked, Thundercats, Ninja Turtles, and Heathcliff. There was also a show on about racecar drivers or something.
