This all actually depends on your age. If you are under 15, you pretty much have no rights at all.......If you are 15-18, you have some rights to say what you do and do not want, but this does not mean that you are granted those rights.....You just have more of a voice. At 18-21, you have pretty much all legal rights, as you are now an adult in the eyes of the law. After 21, you have all rights that are bestowed upon a citizen. The younger you are, the more discriminatory the law is, as it deems that you are mentally inable to make decisions in your own best interest, so it dictates that your elders (usually parents/family) will make the decisions that they feel are best for you.

if you mean what are your rights as far as who you are with more, there is a certain age where the child is deemed old enough to make the decision, not sure how old though, over 10 i think.....aside from that, you really dont have any in the eyes of the court, sorry to say.....if there is a parent you would RATHER be with, then you will have to talk to the 'rents about it, but remember that the parents might take it personally and get upset. For now just deal with it and you will be 18 before you know it and able to make tons of decisions..sometimes you have to do things in life that you really dont want to do but it is all how you conduct yourself

You have the right to listen to your Mom and Dad. Divorced or not, they know what is best for you...they've been there, done that.

You have the rest of your life to be an adult. So be a teen as long as you can.

But not past 30...no women will want you.

Even teenagers have certain rights. Your parents get to make major decisions for you until you are 18, but you do have some say in who you live with, etc. If you are living with one parent but want to live with the other, talk to the parent you want to live with to see if he/she wants you residing there BEFORE you ask the other parent. If you mean can you go against what your parents want, you can live with whom you choose if you ask the judge to let you decide. You may need a lawyer for that if one of your parents doesn't agree.

You have the right to respect your parents and do what they say until you are 18 AND get out from under them.
