I have this Dinner Theatre and this year it's country and im not quite sure what to sing people tell me i have a strong powerful voice but yeah I have no clue what to sing...

I'm not a fan of country music... but one artist I looooove is Patsy Cline. Her music is soulful... her voice is so beautiful. The songs are from the 60's... and I think they tend to sound more bluesy than anything. Here are a few great ones to choose from:
Sweet Dreams
Fall to Pieces
Walkin' After Midnight
She's Got You

I sing country music at festivals and stuff... I usually sing any song I really like. It really depends on your range and experience and what you like. I have a fairly medium-range voice and I like to pick songs by people like leann rimes, sara evans, and miranda lambert.
I'd recommend trying out
Bring Me down (Miranda Lambert)
Cryin Game (Sara Evans)
I just really like doing those songs... but it really depends on what you like.
If you're talking about old country though, I'd try looking towards some Dolly Parton, Tanya Tucker, or Patsy Cline.
Classics like Crazy are always good for country events, and people tend to remember them.

Rascal Flatts have alot of great songs it just depends on the kind of mood youre going for, Faith Hill songs are pretty powerful and Keith Urban is always popular
