Me and my fiance are ttc. it has only been 3 months so i know there is no reason to be concerned yet it just gets frustrating. i have been tracking ovulation, laying with my butt elevated after, and having sex every other day. Is there anything else that I can do to help improve our chances? or is it best just to leave things alone and just let it happen. i know that everything is ok with him because he already has a kid but i dont know with me and i know its too soon to get checked or even worry about that yet. Just wondering if there is anything else i can do to help? also i am in my 20's so its not my age. thank you for your time

I would suggest taking things slowly. Sounds like you are doing everything possible, I've only one concern. I've heard of studies that have shown that too much sex may actually prevent pregnancy. (Is there really such a think as too much sex?) When sperm enter the cervical/uterine area the stragglers form a sort of barrier. It is thought that in evolutionary terms that the first sperm donor is trying to prevent any other 'DNA' from entering. I would suggest asking your Doctor about whether or not that has any merit. Perhaps you need to concentrate your sexual efforts around when you may be ovulating?

3 and a half years to get pregnant and the only thing I realized that is I had a feeling when I was ready to carry a child my insides were burning and I was just at peace and I said to my husband "its time" and we finally got pregnant 3 and a half years later and its exciting! I'm ready and waiting lol

It took us five months for my husband and I to get pregnant, I had much of the same thoughts that you are having, I thought there was somthing wrong with me. Somtimes it just takes a while thats all don't worrie to much it will happen when it's time.

I would suggest you take it easy. Dont make trying to have a baby a chore or neither of you will enjoy it or want it. Good luck

My Mom always used to tell me that your body will a make a baby when your body thinks its ready to carry a baby. So just take it easy. Let your body get ready, and have fun "trying" to get pregnant. It will come just let nature take its course!

just have fun and don't worry about it. The more you worry and stress the harder it will be. put it out of your mind and just have fun doing what you like lol. Thats what got me 3 kids, lol.

Quit trying and tell yourselves that you'll wait until you're married...then you'll get pregnant because you will realize that you don't truly want (or need) to be right now.
