I'm looking for a perfume that someone can smell and say "Oh, that's Roseann." Preferably not too old-lady ish, and under about $50 for the smallest bottle.

how about going to like an indian store where they sale sented oils...and you can actually combine then and meka it YOUR sent! and it will be way cheaper than $50!!
